Now I’d like to look at a different part of your lifestyle – the quality of your food intake. Of course, calorie intake matters when it comes to changing your body. But we also need to dig a little deeper to really help you out.
I’m more concerned with recurring trends than just “hey client, eat less of this!” I’d like to know about the quality of foods in your pantry, if you have an appetite, and your ability to digest food.
In order to do that, I need you to answer as honestly as possible. I can’t say it enough: I’m not in the business of scolding you for your food choices. Save that for the guys who wear fatigues while their clients workout. But I also can’t help if you withhold information.
