Congratulations! If you’re reading this, then you’ve decide to take charge of things and begin working out. Or, you could be fed up with the gym scene because you’re unsure of what to do; and you’re on the verge of quitting. Either way, you’re here because you want to learn and I have your attention. Fear not, for you are in good hands and I’ll provide you with the direction you need to make the most of gym time.
I’ve decided to peel back the curtain here at UEFP and give you some insight on what I do with my clients. In this case, this is the foundation of how I write exercise routines for beginners. As a proud personal trainer, this is the exact programming I use with my hard working clients who have lost 25-40 pounds. So it will get the job done – assuming you put the work in.
Being a newbie isn’t the worst thing in the world. Your body will respond to pretty much anything, assuming that what you do is sensible (and safe). It’s just a matter of putting together something that stresses the body while keeping you motivated. Yes, you’re going to have to keep going to the gym to get in shape. Workout programs don’t last six weeks and then you get to throw in the towel.
But it doesn’t mean that you have to spend hours on end in the gym. The reason I like this system is because it continuingly challenges you without forcing you to bring a sleeping bag to the gym. You pretty much get in and get out.
