Your individual sessions are based on your performance assessment. Sessions are structured on an outcome-based decision model – meaning that whatever you’re trying to improve will be tracked, recorded, and measured so you can see the progress you’re making.

Here’s our performance training approach laid out: we’ll knock out a barrage of fitness and sport specific testing to assess your strength and weaknesses. Based on your assessment as well as your goals, we’ll design an awesome 1-3 month program and be right by your side the whole time. But here’s the kicker: each week, your program steps up a “notch” with a sensible challenge. These progressions will force you body to adapt and  make you a stronger and leaner athlete!

Performance Training Results

bjj1Liz wanted to compete in Brazillian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) tournaments. She needed to maintain the amount of lean mass she had while increasing her performance. Training for BJJ can be complex because of the nature of the sport, but by tournament time, Liz was 30% stronger than she was when she started her training. Her performance training also resulted in a pair of medals – Liz managed to win Gold and Silver in two separate competitions!
